NIAID Statement on AstraZeneca Vaccine

Late Monday, the Data and Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) notified NIAID, BARDA, and AstraZeneca that it was concerned by information released by AstraZeneca on initial data from its COVID-19 vaccine clinical trial. The DSMB expressed concern that AstraZeneca may have included outdated information from that trial, which may have provided an incomplete view of the efficacy data. We urge the company to work with the DSMB to review the efficacy data and ensure the most accurate, up-to-date efficacy data be made public as quickly as possible.

Hacking the Software of Life

Dr. Tal Zaks, the chief medical officer at Moderna Inc., explained in a 2017 TED talk how the company’s mRNA vaccine was designed to work.

He said:

Over the last 30 years, he said, “we’ve been living this phenomenal digital scientific revolution, and I’m here today to tell you, that we are actually hacking the software of life, and that it’s changing the way we think about prevention and treatment of disease.”

He went on to explain [see video below] that the human body is made up of organs and organs are made up of cells.

“In every cell there’s this thing called messenger RNA or mRNA for short, that transmits the critical information from the DNA in our genes to the protein, which is really the stuff we’re all made out of. This is the critical information that determines what the cell will do. So we think about it as an operating system.

“So if you could change that, if you could introduce a line of code, or change a line of code, it turns out, that has profound implications for everything, from the flu to cancer.”

Magnetic Manipulation.

Physiological effects have been observed in a human subject in response to stimulation of the skin with weak electromagnetic fields that are pulsed with certain frequencies near ½ Hz or 2.4 Hz, such as to excite a sensory resonance. Many computer monitors and TV tubes, when displaying pulsed images, emit pulsed electromagnetic fields of sufficient amplitudes to cause such excitation. It is therefore possible to manipulate the nervous system of a subject by pulsing images displayed on a nearby computer monitor or TV set. For the latter, the image pulsing may be imbedded in the program material, or it may be overlaid by modulating a video stream, either as an RF signal or as a video signal. The image displayed on a computer monitor may be pulsed effectively by a simple computer program. For certain monitors, pulsed electromagnetic fields capable of exciting sensory resonances in nearby subjects may be generated even as the displayed images are pulsed with subliminal intensity.

Inequality of Parties & Unconscionable Bargains

Fraud in Equity.

Part II, entitled “Inequality of Parties and Unconscionable Bargains,” is perhaps the most valuable segment of the book and is deserving of special praise. This part treats Lord Hardwicke’s sec- ond, third and fifth species (sometimes collectively called “construc- tive fraud”) in chapters consecutively entitled “Taking Advantage of Weakness and Necessity,” “Undue Influence,” “Breach of Fiduciary Duty and Fraud on a Power,” “Unconscionable Bargains” and “Catching Bargains With Expectants.” In these chapters Professor Sheridan demonstrates hig analytical prowess, in the grouping and assortment of the various cases involving an inequitable “taking advantage” of another,“

Equitable Claims

You must use the correct jurisdiction — forget common law. Equity sees that as done what ought to be done.

Examples of equitable remedies include:

1. Injunction
2. Specific performance
3. Account of profits
4. Recission
9. Equitable compensation

For equitable remedies, a claimant would have to show there had been a loss of right(s) and that equity should provide an alternative to damages.

Understanding PCR Cycle Threshold (Ct) in SARS-CoV-2

Despite the science being clear on the threshold of PCR tests, Public Health England advised that a typical RT-PCR assay will have a maximum of 40 thermal cycles (Ct), this is despite knowing full well that PCR tests run at that threshold and higher produce a 97% chance of a false positive and are not able to distinguish whether an infectious virus is present.

This fact was addressed in the Lisbon Court of Appeal on 11/11/2020 where an international legal precedent was set.

See court ruling below.
